The Cat® 6060 Electric Hydraulic Mining Shovel combines everything you love about the 6060 with everything you demand from Caterpillar to deliver a shovel that uses efficient electric power to help you produce more — while keeping uptime high and operating costs low. Powered by dual electric motors, the 6060 Electric uses power more efficiently than diesel machines and produces zero direct carbon emissions.With its rated backhoe payload of 65 tonnes (71) tons and face shovel payload of 61 tonnes (67 tons), the 6060 was among the first shovels in the mining industry tailor-made for mines using 240-ton (218-tonne) haul trucks, providing an efficient 4-pass solution to meet production capacity in these environments.
